Is KeepMyBadge free?+
Yes. Prepare an MP4 or MOV video up to 200 MB for free, without creating an account. Download the prepared copy to post on Facebook.
Is this a video editor?+
KeepMyBadge prepares an edit you have already finished. Use your usual editor to trim clips, add titles and music, or assemble a sequence.
Why does the badge disappear after editing?+
After editing, Facebook may no longer recognise that your video came from your glasses. In our Premiere tests, preparing the video with KeepMyBadge brought the badge back. A badge can also be missing for other reasons.
Will my video lose quality?+
No. Picture and sound stay identical. File size may change slightly. If a file cannot be prepared while keeping its quality, we let you know.
Is the badge guaranteed?+
No. Facebook and Instagram decide whether to display it. Our tests were confirmed on Facebook with a Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 profile. This does not validate every model or every Instagram workflow.
Which glasses does it work with?+
Our tests were confirmed on Facebook with Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses. Other models and Instagram still need testing. See the Compatibility guide for results and limitations.
What happens to my files?+
Preparation runs on the server. Files are tied to your browser session, are not published and expire after two hours. You can also delete them as soon as you are done.
