Lost the badge after Premiere Pro? Here is how to prepare your edit before posting.
The workflow
Finish your edit in Premiere Pro. Export an MP4 or MOV, for example with H.264 video. Drop it into KeepMyBadge, then download and post the prepared copy.
What we actually tested
We tested a short Premiere export with sound and a title. After preparation with KeepMyBadge, the badge returned on Facebook. Picture and sound stayed identical.
An example, not mandatory export settings
Keep the dimensions and frame rate of your edit. Our tests worked with different video sizes, at 25 and 30 frames per second. You do not need to resize your footage to match our examples.
Are Premiere settings enough?
Premiere settings do not always preserve the badge. In our test, the file still named the glasses model, but Facebook no longer displayed the badge. Preparing it with KeepMyBadge brought the badge back.
Finish editing before preparation
Make all your cuts and add titles before dropping in the video. Once downloaded, post the prepared copy directly: another export from an editor may cause the badge to disappear again.
